This solid cottage / home offers you all comforts, surrounded by 187,2 hektars of own forest estate - a perfect place for any nature lover who appreciates own privacy, clean air, hiking in the wilderness, midnight sun, wild berries and mushrooms, lush autumn colours of this arctic area, nordic lights (aurora borealis) and the white snow inviting to outdoor adventures.
This cottage with all the additional buildings and machines gives you many new possibilities, and also space to develop the resort furthermore. The buildings are in good condition, and the forest can even be sold separately if needed. We also consider accepting smaller properties (pref. in southern Finland) as detail payment. It's all a matter of negotiations, and the final price depends on what would be finally included in the deal .

This estate is located in Kittilä municipality, Finnish Lapland, close to several ski resorts:

You can also reach Kittilä from South Finland by train/bus, or by booking a flight to Kittilä airport. The lively and internationally popular Levi ski resort in Kittilä offers versatile services and attractions through the year.
